Audiologist/Owner
Melissa is a one-of-a-kind audiologist who absolutely loves her profession. A proud South Dakota native, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Master of Arts in Audiology from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion.

Ella Lilleberg
Audiology Extern
Ella Lilleberg joined the Baker Audiology team in May 2026 as an Audiology Extern and fourth-year Doctor of Audiology student. Ella grew up in Jackson and Lakefield, Minnesota, where she learned the value of hard work while helping on her family's farm from a young age. After graduating from Jackson County Central High School in 2019, she earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Kaylee came to Baker in June, 2024 with her gracefulness and joy! She attended Brandon Valley and was part of the first-ever Competitive Cheerleading team and was inducted into the hall of fame in 2017 for being a part of the first-ever state champions!

Mikaela Honas joined the Baker Audiology team in October 2023 as the Patient Care Coordinator and Marketing Manager. Mikaela is a true Midwest girl. She grew up outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Following in her parents footsteps, she also attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Barb joined the Baker Audiology team on May 7, bringing more than 35 years of healthcare experience to our front desk. Originally from Mitchell, South Dakota, she has called Sioux Falls home for the past 4½ years. Before joining Baker Audiology, Barb spent 30 years working in pharmacy, gaining experience in retail, specialty, compounding, and cancer pharmacy.

Originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, she spent several years living in Jacksonville, Florida, before returning to Sioux Falls to complete high school. She later earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University at Buffalo in New York and also holds a cosmetology license. Although her career has included both the beauty industry and healthcare, one thing has always remained the same: her passion for helping people.
