Melissa Iverson joined Baker Audiology & Hearing Aids in September 2024 as a Patient Care Coordinator, where she quickly became a valued part of the team. We are excited to have Melissa step into her new role as Practice Manager, bringing with her a broad background in customer service, medical assisting, and practice administration. She enjoys connecting with patients, hearing their stories, and making sure each person who walks through our doors is treated with kindness, empathy, and grace.

Originally from Colorado, Melissa now calls Sioux Falls, South Dakota, home. She is inspired daily by her hardworking husband, their four children, and three grandchildren. Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, camping, and fishing. She is excited to continue growing with Baker Audiology & Hearing Aids and supporting both our patients and team in her new role as Practice Manager.
