Meet Kim Bickler

Kim Bickler started as one of our patient care coordinators in February 2024, bringing her experience, wisdom, and peace to our office after working in the customer service industry for over 34 years. A South Dakota native, she was born in Milbank, SD and graduated high school in Clear Lake, SD as the youngest of seven children. Fourth of July was always her favorite holiday as her family sold fireworks for 32 years! She received her state of South Dakota Insurance License for Property and Casualty, Life, and Health in 1996 and then worked in the insurance industry for 23 years. After that, she worked for a power company and bank which ultimately lead her to us. She proudly wears hearing aids. Ask her how much she likes them!

Kim is a family woman! Her favorite thing to do outside of the office is spending time her husband, two sons and their wives, two step children and most of all her grandchildren who are the light of her world. She loved being a sports mom to her two boys, traveling to see their competitions and football games at Dakota State University and continues to be an active supporter of them. Her and her husband enjoys hiking, watching movies, and riding their bicycles.
